The breed experts are the life and blood of Breed ID. They are the people who know their breed so well that they can find the minute differences that tell them if a matted, dirty shelter dog is purebred. All breed experts are listed below. They may choose to anonymize certain information.

In appreciation for their time, a website is included if desired, but websites are carefully screened before they are linked to. No breeder websites will be included unless the breeder is a member in good standing of the national breed club. Although this doesn't exclude all bad breeders and include all good breeders, this is the best way to ensure that this does not become a breeder's advertising site.
